Founded in San Diego in 2019 by Carola Fiore, CREAR is a full-service landscape architecture and planning studio shaped by the shared experience of its leadership at one of the world’s leading international landscape architecture practices. We work across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, providing imaginative solutions and clear communication.

The CREAR Team brings together expertise in landscape architecture, architecture, urban planning, art, and ecology. Working locally and internationally, we provide comprehensive services from early site analysis and master planning through detailed design, material selection, and construction administration.

LET'S COLLABORATE

Carola Fiore collaborated with Greg Norman on a large-scale master-planned destination in Costa Rica, integrating a luxury hotel, residential community, and championship golf course. As part of the project’s international outreach, Carola and Greg Norman met in Barcelona to present the vision to European partners and investors. The engagement reflects CREAR’s experience working alongside globally recognized leaders on complex, high-profile developments that require both design rigor and an international perspective.

Carola Fiore’s first collaboration with PGA legend Gary Player took shape in northwest Cyprus, where they designed a resort that combined the beautiful natural terrain, high-end hospitality, and two Signature 18-hole Gary Player courses. This project was anchored by the two golf courses, an international five-star beachfront hotel and wellness center, and a collection of private residences.

Gary has designed over 300 courses worldwide, but what sets him apart is his unwavering commitment to sustainability. Many of his courses have earned certification from the National Audubon Society, a testament to his belief that golf and nature should thrive together. We deeply admire Gary’s vision and look forward to continuing our collaboration, creating places where nature and design exist in harmony.

Coming from a family of architects, landscape architects, artists, and engineers, it’s no surprise that creativity runs in Nico’s blood. From an early age, he began designing and shaping surfboards, transforming them into painted art pieces. Now a student at Coronado High School, he continues to refine his craft through the Coronado School of Art (CoSA) academy program, Nico's art is driven by freestyle, nature-driven sports like big-mountain skiing, surfing, and mountain biking. In the mountains or the ocean, nothing is predictable—and that freedom is what interests him most and shapes his work. He paints on the objects he uses—hand-shaped surfboards, skate decks, helmets, bikes and says he wants his art to move through the world, not just hang on walls.

CREAR looks forward to seeing his talent evolve and sharing his work with a broader audience. The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see what he creates next.
