Lyzabeth (Lyza) Fiore

Senior Planner

Lyza’s passion for landscape architecture and planning stems from a lifelong appreciation for the intersection of nature, culture, and the built environment. With a deep understanding of site planning and landscape design, she approaches every project with the goal of creating meaningful, context-sensitive spaces that enhance both the natural setting and the user experience. She believes that successful design is not imposed but rather emerges from the unique characteristics of each site.

With a Master’s in Landscape Architecture from Ohio State University and a background in architecture from Universidad Católica de Córdoba, Lyza has spent over 25 years shaping landscapes around the world. As a Vice President at EDSA, she led master planning and design efforts for large-scale hospitality, urban, and residential developments, including the Real Madrid Sport City, Buenos Aires Port Redevelopment, and high-end golf communities. Her international experience also includes leadership roles at Belt Collins Hong Kong and EcoPlan, where she oversaw complex, multidisciplinary projects across Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Lyza is a recognized leader in planning and design, known for her ability to balance vision, technical expertise, and client needs. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, sustainability, and a commitment to excellence. She joined CREAR Design Studio to provide the personalized service of a boutique firm while leveraging the global experience and strategic thinking gained from working with some of the industry's top firms.
